Booking/cancellation policy

Any client who does not cancel or reschedule the booking will be charged a cancellation fee.

1. The cancellation fee is 25% of the agreed session fee if canceled up to two weeks prior the scheduled date of session.
2. The cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed session fee if canceled less than two weeks and more than 48 hours prior the scheduled date of session.
3. The cancellation fee is 75% (but not less than 90 EUR) if canceled less than 48 hours prior the scheduled date of session.

The fee can be credited once towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by contacting more than 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-books at an agreeable date and time.

Cancellations can be done via e-mail, phone call or text message.
